The Total Compensation & Rewards Consultant will design and implement compensation strategies for primarily non-profit healthcare organizations, aligning them with organizational goals. Responsibilities Help clients align their compensation strategies with their organizational objectives Partner with clients to develop and implement tailored compensation plans Analyze a variety of large data sets to gain insight into client compensation program effectiveness Conduct market total compensation pricing analyses, benefit program reviews, incentive plan design, executive performance appraisals, board governance assessments and other analyses related to total rewards Assist with drafting reports to deliver insights to client HR teams and board members Participate in discussions to uncover client needs and project goals. Work closely with consultants, analysts, and client stakeholders to deliver exceptional service Skills Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years in compensation and rewards, ideally within the healthcare or non-profit space Strong Excel skills (including lookup functions, data visualization, logical functions, data validation, VBA, etc.) Analytical thinking, and clear communication Experience working with large data sets and many sources of data Bachelor's degree required (related fields in healthcare administration, finance, statistics, accounting) You're proactive, curious, and comfortable working independently.
