Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders and subject‑matter experts to gather and document requirements for automation and process improvement initiatives Perform process analysis to assess current‑state workflows and identify opportunities for future‑state automation and efficiency Develop detailed documentation, including as‑is procedures, future‑state process flows, and automation designs Support monitoring of production automation processes on a scheduled basis and serve as backup support as needed Acquire and maintain working knowledge of related banking systems and applications Ensure documentation and analysis outputs are clear, accurate, and usable by technical and business teams Skills High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of 6 months of banking experience or experience with related banking software applications Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to analyze patterns, workflows, and potential outcomes Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks effectively UiPath Certified Professional Automation Developer Associate – Required Associate's degree preferred Business process mapping and diagramming (preferred) FIS banking core platform (preferred) UiPath Certified Professional Automation Business Analyst – Preferred Benefits This role is incentive eligible based upon company, business, and/or individual goal achievement and performance.
