They are seeking a Strategic Projects Analyst to support the corporate development team in identifying and driving strategic growth opportunities through analytics and project management. Responsibilities Perform robust analytics to inform strategic decisions and business development initiatives, including analyzing market trends and forecasting new growth opportunities Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows and improve the effectiveness of targeting efforts (including leveraging Salesforce to drive efficiencies and enhance tracking) Prepare clear and concise materials for internal and external meetings, including pitch decks, talking points, executive strategy sessions, and interdepartmental communications Track, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ongoing business development activities Independently and cross-functionally identify new growth opportunities and creatively address challenges as they arise Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales analytics, financial analysis, strategy, or a related role Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities with a high attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to present complex information clearly and concisely, including experience creating presentation materials Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) Must be comfortable driving forward significant amounts of independent work, while also effectively partnering and communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, from fellow analysts to Vice Presidents Experience with a healthcare provider is preferred Familiarity with Salesforce and business intelligence tools is a strong plus Benefits Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, and PTO cash out.
