Lineage is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will support the execution and delivery of operational, continuous improvement, and transformation initiatives across the business. Responsibilities Coordinate and help drive project activities from initiation through implementation and closeout Maintain project plans, timelines, action logs, status trackers, and project documentation across multiple initiatives Track project deliverables, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items to support successful execution Follow up with stakeholders, operational teams, and project owners to ensure tasks and commitments are completed on time Support the execution of operational, continuous improvement, process optimization, and transformation initiatives Lead smaller operational and process improvement initiatives under the guidance of department leadership Prepare project updates, reports, meeting notes, presentations, and status summaries for leadership teams and stakeholders Coordinate meetings, working sessions, workshops, and project-related communications Support issue tracking, escalation management, and implementation follow-up activities Work with internal teams, operational stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to support project execution requirements Assist with process documentation, workflow mapping, operational reporting, and implementation tracking activities where required Support post-implementation reviews, lessons learned activities, and project closeout reporting Maintain a high level of organization, accountability, and follow-through across all assigned initiatives Participate in additional projects, operational initiatives, and departmental support activities as assigned Skills 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, administration, logistics, transportation, continuous improvement, or a related environment Post-secondary education in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Technology, or a related field preferred Project management coursework, CAPM, PMP coursework, Lean, or related certifications considered an asset Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain structure, follow-up discipline, and project accountability Comfortable working in fast-paced operational environments with changing priorities and timelines Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across multiple departments and levels of the organization Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking capabilities Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools/software Experience within transportation, logistics, supply chain, or operational environments considered an asset Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong interest in project delivery, operations, and continuous improvement Company Overview Lineage is one of the world’s leading temperature-controlled industrial REITs and integrated solutions providers with a global network of over 480 strategically located facilities, totaling nearly 2.9 billion cubic feet of capacity across countries in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
