<p>Description</p><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>As a Processing Lead, you'll lead a team of Loan Processors, Loan Setup personnel and operations support personnel that are tasked daily with achieving processing objectives while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You'll be responsible for the training and the development of each member, along with daily tasks and responsibilities to support the Operations Department. This role is critical in the development, training, and productivity path for the processing functions of the loan manufacturing process.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Producer (P) – Delivering Results</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain a solution-oriented approach to getting loans closed.</li><li>Serve as the escalation person for processing issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.</li><li>Stay composed, focused, and effective in a fast-moving environment</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Administrator (A) – Ensuring Processes and Compliance</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor pipelines, prioritize tasks, balance workload and identify opportunities to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and production goals are met.</li><li>Monitor loan applications for data integrity, completeness and adherence to loan program and/or investor requirements</li><li>Monitor work to ensure company policies, procedures, and compliance-related functions are met.</li><li>Monitor work to ensure regulatory and legal compliance standards are met.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Entrepreneur (E) – Driving Innovation and Strategy</strong></p><ul><li>Identify areas in need of improvement and help implement better ways of working efficiently</li><li>Stay current on industry-best practices</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Integrator (I) – Building Culture and Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with a team of processors and operations support team members to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Lead, mentor, train, and develop a team of Loan Processors and Loan Setup personnel.</li><li>Maintain a leadership approach that’s organized, supportive, and consistent</li><li>Communicate product and process updates/changes</li><li>Collaborate closely with Sales, Disclosing, Underwriting, Closing, Post-Closing</li><li>Deliver a professional, compliant, and genuinely positive work behavior</li><li>Maintain an understanding of each customer including borrowers, real estate agents, sales personnel and other operational staff</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>Education/Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma required</li><li>Previous experience in Mortgage Processing, or a related field</li><li>Previous experience as a Mortgage Processing Lead, Manager, or similar leadership role preferred</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Conventional, Government, Bond, Jumbo and Non-QM mortgage guidelines</li><li>Strong understanding of federal and state mortgage lending laws, compliance obligations, and industry standards</li><li>Experience implementing Service Level Agreement (SLA) driven workflows and performance management programs</li><li>Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</li><li>Intermediate to advanced knowledge of residential mortgage lending sales and operations workflows</li><li>Advanced experience with mortgage loan origination systems (e.g., Encompass)</li><li>A sharp eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple files and priorities at once</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Travel:</strong></p><ul><li>As needed travel internationally between United States and Mexico to meet business needs. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Language:</strong></p><ul><li>English required, Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) desired.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><ul><li>Panorama Mortgage Group will offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with the background and experience of the applicant.</li></ul><p><br></p>
