Responsible for supporting client relationships and executing on operational initiatives. Key responsibilities: <ul><li>Monitoring and investigating performance and functional system issues/opportunities and support operational improvement projects</li><li>Providing cross-functional and cross-business unit analysis</li><li>Testing new versions/updates of applications</li><li>Research and analyze Prospect and Client Opportunities (pipeline)</li><li>Populating reports and reporting metrics that will assist with Broker Accountability Assessments; Communicating Segment specific content, products and marketing materials</li><li>Coordinating legal document development and execution with broker teams, Legal, Client Services, Compliance and Executive Team</li><li>Represents Branch offices served and advocate on their behalf as a sitting member of various management and operation groups</li><li>Acts as a point of contact for information flow between local offices</li><li>Central Operations Team, HR, Finance, Compliance, WRA, IT and Gallagher Group functions</li></ul> About You Required:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree and 0 - 1 years prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience commercial insurance experience.</li><li>Competent using Word, Excel and PowerPoint. </li><li>Ability to travel to branch Offices.</li></ul>Desired:<ul><li>Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP required)Strong communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field</li><li>Strong foundational understanding of financial concepts</li><li>1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis</li><li>Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, or accruals</li><li>Exposure to BI tools (OneStream, TM1, or similar)</li><li>Experience working in cross-functional or business-facing finance roles</li><li>Interest in stakeholder engagement and financial storytelling.</li></ul>Work Traits:<ul><li>Enthusiastic and self-motivated.</li><li>Confident relationship building skills.</li><li>Well organized and able to effectively prioritize workload against competing demands. </li></ul> Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package.
