Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders (Sales, Services, Marketing) to understand analytical needs and translate them into scalable solutions
  • Drive the design and development of dashboards and data products using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
  • Contribute to the migration and modernization of existing Qlik applications into Power BI, ensuring continuity and improvement of analytical capabilities
  • Develop and maintain data models leveraging Snowflake and modern data architectures
  • Define technical requirements and data structures to support analytics use cases
  • Apply statistical analysis and visualization techniques to generate actionable insights
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across analytics solutions
  • Create and maintain documentation, including dashboard definitions and user training materials
  • Collaborate across IT, data engineering, and business teams to align on data architecture and priorities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to drive data literacy and adoption of new analytics platforms

Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles
  • Strong, proven hands-on experience with: Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design), Microsoft Fabric, SQL and Snowflake
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a global environment
  • Ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation
  • Experience working in cross-functional and transformation-driven environments
  • Self-driven, structured, and comfortable operating in evolving environments
  • Experience with legacy BI tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, Spotfire) and migration scenarios is highly desirable
  • Understanding of enterprise data systems (e.g., SAP, CRM) and data integration concepts
