<p><strong>Job Title: </strong></p> <p><strong>System / Business Analyst (PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, Procurement & Financial Operations NYC contract)</strong></p> <p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p> <ul><li>Next Generation, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented System / Business Analyst with experience supporting procurement, financial operations, contract management, and vendor engagement activities within a technology-driven environment. </li><li>This role will support the IT Cyber Security Division and other business units by managing procurement processes, monitoring contract renewals, tracking expenditures, supporting consultant onboarding activities, and providing financial and operational analysis.</li><li>The ideal candidate will possess experience with PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, and vendor management platforms, along with strong analytical, reporting, and cross-functional communication skills. </li><li>This position requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain data accuracy, and support procurement and budgeting activities in a high-volume environment.</li><li>Create and process requisitions within PeopleSoft Procurement modules, ensuring proper documentation, business justification, and budget availability. </li><li>Monitor active software licensing, maintenance, support, and service agreements to ensure timely renewals and uninterrupted operations. </li><li>Coordinate with IT leadership, project teams, procurement personnel, and vendors to resolve purchasing and contract-related issues. </li><li>Maintain accurate contract records and support compliance with organizational procurement policies and procedures. </li><li>Assist with vendor engagement activities and contract lifecycle tracking through ServiceNow Asset and Contract Management. </li><li>Track planned versus actual expenditures across technology and cybersecurity initiatives. </li><li>Support annual budgeting, forecasting, accrual, and financial reconciliation activities. </li><li>Analyze spending trends, identify budget variances, and provide recommendations to stakeholders. </li><li>Generate recurring and ad hoc reports related to procurement activity, contract spending, and departmental budgets. </li><li>Deliver timely financial, procurement, and operational metrics to management. </li><li>Track consultant and professional services engagements utilizing the Beeline Vendor Management System. </li><li>Process requisitions and purchase orders to support consulting and contractor engagements. </li><li>Assist with onboarding activities for consultants, contractors, and professional services resources. </li><li>Coordinate with hiring managers, procurement teams, and vendors to ensure timely resource onboarding and contract administration. </li><li>Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries. </li><li>Support data collection, validation, and reporting activities related to technology spending and vendor performance. </li><li>Assist management with financial analysis, contract reviews, and procurement planning initiatives. </li><li>Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of procurement and financial data. </li></ul> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>Procurement & Contract Management</strong></p> <p><strong>Budget & Financial Analysis</strong></p> <p><strong>Human Resources & Vendor Resource Support</strong></p> <p><strong>Reporting & Operational Support</strong></p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline;
