Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and operations, to drive growth and meet business objectives in the EMEA market. Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges in the EMEA market, and use this information to inform growth strategies. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts, to drive growth and promote Dropbox's brand in the region. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify areas for growth and innovation. Develop and manage a team of growth professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive their success and achieve company goals. Collaborate with the global growth team to share best practices, align on goals and strategies, and drive overall growth for Dropbox. Represent Dropbox at industry events and conferences, speaking on behalf of the company and building relationships with potential partners and customers.
