We're hiring a Live Lesson Moderator for our UK based English teaching team!

About the Role

We are seeking Live Lesson Moderators to support our teachers during livestreamed lessons.
Moderators play a key role in ensuring lessons run smoothly by responding to student questions, clarifying educational content, and managing general queries.

This is a fully remote role, ideal for current university students, those on a gap year, or recent graduates who enjoy working with students in real time and contributing to high-quality online education.
We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, with evening availability required to support live lessons.

Responsibilities
  • Participating in the live chat of livestreamed English lessons to provide subject-related responses to student questions as well as adherence to MyEdSpace codes of conduct.
  • Providing real-time support to teachers to help lessons run smoothly.
  • Assisting students with basic technical or access issues during live sessions.
  • Min number of sessions a week:
    3 x 1 hr sessions
Who We're Seeking
  • Grade A
    • /A at A-Level in English.
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent written communication skills, particularly in fast-paced, live environments.
  • Calm, responsible, and confident in enforcing behavioral guidelines when required.
  • Comfortable multitasking while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Available to work 35 days per week, with flexibility to cover evening lessons.
