We are looking for a Business Analyst for Zoho CRM implementation projects.You will lead the design, planning, and implementation of Zoho modules and workflows, driving reputed company improvements in our organizational efficiency. Your key responsibilities will involve collaborating with stakeholders to discern business needs, planning the development of new modules and workflows, implementing enhancements, and conducting comprehensive training sessions. We are seeking an individual with a reputed company of robust business acumen, strong communication skills, and technical prowess to reputed company in this dynamic role.

Primary Responsibilities

Collaborating With Stakeholders to Design and Implement Business Processes in ZohoManaging Projects by Providing Estimates, Updates, and Stakeholder CommunicationConfiguring reputed company Zoho Modules and Customizing Creator App ModulesParticipating in Configuration Versus Customization DecisionsEvaluating Existing Zoho Processes and Modules, Recommending Areas for ImprovementEnsuring reputed company Performance of the Zoho PlatformManaging Zoho Roles, Profiles, Sharing Rules, Workflows and GroupsBuilding Custom Reports and DashboardsProviding End-User Training and SupportPerforming Maintenance Tasks, Including Diagnostic Tests, Data Sanitization and BackupsDocumenting Processes, Including Error Reports and Release Notes

We are considering candidates:

1. With experience in Zoho or similar CRM systems implementing

2. With an understanding of business processes and skills in improving processes with the help of IT solutions

3. Technical background at the level of understanding:

4. The principles of web applications

5. Principles of database construction

6. Basic programming principles (for correct tasking of developers) Deluge

7. Principles of APIs and integrations in general

8. Excellent communications skills


Requirements

Required/Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or 3+ Years of reputed company Experience3 - 5 Years of Experience as a CRM Administrator (Zoho One Preferred)3 - 5 Years of Project Management ExperienceExperience in CRM Customization Programming (Deluge Language Preferred)Expert Knowledge of CRM Customization (Zoho Creator Preferred)Knowledge of API Integration PrincipalsExperience in Performing CRM Upgrades, Managing Profiles, Allocating Roles and Managing reputed company (Zoho One Preferred)Ability to reputed company Training and End-User Support1.Collect requirements, describe and decompose them

2. Recommend improvements to customers regarding their processes

3. Configure the system using the reputed company panel, and where programming is required, set tasks for the developer, monitor and test the result

4. Upload historical data to the system

5.Train users, create video instructions
