<p>We are seeking a highly skilled Workday PSA (Professional Services Automation) Architect to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday PSA and how to successfully deliver the solution within the challenges of the matrix environment. As a Workday PSA Architect, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and strengthening our Workday PSA solutions to support our finance and operational needs which spans project and contract set-up, customer accounts, billing, invoicing, and collections.</p><p></p><p><b>Summary of Responsibilities:</b></p><p>· Lead the day-to-day management of the Workday PSA solutions.</p><p>· Collaborate with cross-functional teams within operations and finance to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday PSA configurations.</p><p>· Align with Workday Financial and HCM architects to plan and deliver a roadmap aligned with enterprise leadership.</p><p>· Continuously evaluate and optimize Workday PSA processes and configurations to enhance efficiency and user experience.</p><p>· Understand Workday PSA product releases and oversee system regression testing.</p><p>· Manage Workday PSA related projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.</p><p>· Support training and change management activities to maximize the effectiveness of the Workday PSA system.</p><p>· Collaborate with other enterprise applications to ensure seamless integration of data in and out of Workday PSA.</p><p>· Own data integrity and accuracy within the Workday PSA module.</p><p>· Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday PSA within the organization.</p><p>· Stay updated with the latest Workday PSA features, enhancements, and industry trends.</p><p>· Ensure Workday PSA best practices are followed.</p><p>· All other duties as needed or assigned.</p><p></p><p><b>Qualifications (Minimum Required):</b></p><p>· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.</p><p>· Workday Pro Financials Certification</p><p>· Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.</p><p></p><p><b>Experience (Minimum Required):</b></p><p>· Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday PSA implementation and configuration.</p><p>· Strong expertise in related Workday Financial domains and Time Tracking.</p><p>· Proficiency in Workday Report Writing and Dashboard development.</p><p>· Experience working with an Application Management Services provider.</p><p>· Ability to architect solutions to fulfill business requirements.</p><p>· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</p><p>· Collaborative approach working in a global team environment.</p><p>· Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</p><p>· Experience managing direct reports.</p><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications Include:</b></p><p>· Master's degree.</p><p>· Experience within a CRO or similar environment is highly desirable.</p><p></p><p>#Futureoftech #LI-REMOTE</p><p></p><p><span>Learn more about our </span><a href="https://careers.fortrea.com/us/en/eeo-and-accommodations" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">EEO & Accommodations request here</a><span>.</span></p>
