<p><strong>Warehouse Receiver</strong></p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Los Angeles (Onsite) </p><p><strong>Compensation: </strong>$20-$21 per hour (depending on experience)</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>SprintRay is looking for a Warehouse Receiver to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely movement of materials and products through our warehouse. From picking and packing orders to maintaining inventory accuracy and organizing shipments, you’ll play a critical role in supporting SprintRay’s production and fulfillment needs. This is a full-time, permanent position offering stability, training, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles within the warehouse and operations team.<br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Receive and unload incoming shipments from delivery vehicles</span></p></li><li><p><span>Verify shipment contents against purchase orders, packing slips, or invoices</span></p></li><li><p><span>Inspect goods for damage, defects, or discrepancies</span></p></li><li><p><span>Record and report any shortages, overages, or damaged items</span></p></li><li><p><span>Accurately enter inventory data into warehouse management systems</span></p></li><li><p><span>Pick, pack and ship daily orders</span></p></li><li><p><span>Replenish picking locations as needed</span></p></li><li><p><span>Cycle count inventory</span></p></li><li><p><span>Pallet assembly with products to ship</span></p></li><li><p><span>Loading small and large parcels and pallets</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain neat and orderly workspace</span></p></li><li><p><span>Sort, count and palletize incoming freight</span></p></li><li><p><span>Make decisions based on quantity of work and required finishing time to meet shipment deadlines</span></p></li><li><p><span>Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>Key Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>At least 6 months of previous work experience, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing type of environment</p></li><li><p>High School Diploma required</p></li><li><p>Experience with all carriers UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, Stamps.com</p></li><li><p>Experience with pick and pack items to ship domestic and internationally with carrier’s standards</p></li><li><p>Experience using ERP systems and following best practice to ensure inventory is tracked correctly</p></li><li><p>Experience with warehouse equipment including hand truck, pallet jack, and forklift certified</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication both verbal and written</p></li><li><p>Ability to follow instructions</p></li><li><p>Detail oriented</p></li><li><p>Must be a team player</p></li><li><p>Stand, bend, stoop, and lift for 8 hour shift</p></li><li><p>Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment</p></li><li><p>Maximum unassisted lift 50 lbs., average lift, less than 20 lbs.</p></li><li><p>Requires ability to use a keyboard, monitor, scanner and calculator</p></li><li><p>Requires the ability to communicate verbally</p></li><li><p>Work overtime as required</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>About SprintRay</strong></p><p>SprintRay is rewriting the rules of dentistry with technology that’s smart, fast, and designed to make life easier for dental professionals.
