Responsibilities:

An individual is expected to perform their obligations and tasks, with or without accommodation.

  • Streamlining the process of selecting and receiving incoming inventory to efficiently fulfill store requests.
  • Movement of merchandise within the warehouse is guided by regulations for product handling.
  • Organizes and arranges goods with a strategic approach for dispatch, also receiving incoming shipment from trucks or back-hauls and unloading them.
  • Undertakes cleaning assignments that aim to achieve high standards of cleanliness for a healthy and safe working environment in the warehouse.
  • Conducts warehouse inventory checks in compliance with regulations.
  • Effective collaboration with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership is made possible through regular communication and sharing of information by this individual.
  • Offers constructive criticism and advice for optimizing warehouse operations.
  • Scrutinizes goods, discusses with warehouse administration regarding the worth of merchandise, safety risks, and sanitation troubles.
  • Demonstrates autonomy and self-governance when making decisions and carrying out responsibilities.
  • Facilitates the achievement of budgeted objectives for warehouse management.
  • Executes all designated tasks with attention to detail, efficiency, and adherence to company policies and protocols.
