<div><strong>Position Summary...</strong><br/><br/><strong>What you'll do...</strong><br/><b>Role summary:</b><br/> <br/>The Inventory Accounting Center of Excellence (COE) is hiring a Senior Manager, Record to Report to support inventory accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and governance activities across Walmart North America. This role will serve as a key business partner to Controllership, Supply Chain, and Technology teams, helping ensure financial accuracy, strong internal controls, and timely issue resolution. <br/><b>What you'll do:</b> <br/> <ul><li>Lead inventory accounting governance and business support activities across North America. </li><li>Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Technology teams to investigate and resolve inventory-related accounting issues. </li><li>Support month-end close activities, financial reporting, and balance sheet reviews. </li><li>Oversee SOX compliance activities and monitor the effectiveness of inventory-related controls. </li><li>Analyze inventory trends and operational metrics to support accurate financial reporting. </li><li>Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve reporting, and strengthen financial oversight. </li></ul> <br/><b>What you'll bring:</b> <br/> <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related field.</li><li>2 years of supervisory experience OR 2 years of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and drive issue resolution across complex processes.</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Inventory accounting, supply chain, or public accounting experience preferred.</li></ul><br/> <br/> At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
