<p>We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Underwriting Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will evaluate and analyze Property & Casualty (P&C) products to recommend coverage, policy terms, and pricing strategies that support profitable growth. You’ll transform raw data into actionable insights, identify trends, and support the development of new and existing insurance products.</p><p><br><b><u><span>What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?</span></u>  </b></p><ul><li><p>Develop programs, procedures, and controls to support underwriting objectives.</p></li><li><p>Analyze underwriting metrics and identify trends using statistical tools.</p></li><li><p>Create reports and data visualizations to communicate performance insights to senior leadership.</p></li><li><p>Recommend adjustments to improve profitability and support product development.</p></li><li><p>Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests and validate standardized reports.</p></li><li><p>Assist in the development and enhancement of P&C products.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate cross-functionally with departments for research and implementation.</p></li><li><p>Evaluate market opportunities and analyze the financial potential of new products.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the development of policy language, pricing, and quality standards.</p></li><li><p>Manage internal and external resources for product implementation.</p></li><li><p>Analyze product testing results to ensure profitability.</p></li><li><p>Stay informed on industry trends through continuous learning and networking.</p></li><li><p>Support geographic-level reporting and analysis.</p></li></ul><p><br><b><span>What are the requirements needed for this position?</span></b>  </p><ul><li><p>A minimum of 5 years’ experience in interpreting P&C forms, portfolio performance, and <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">analytics.  </span></p></li><li><p>Advanced analytical skills, including Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.  Familiar with SQL queries.
