The Role:
Travel & Physical Requirements
  • Extensive travel required (up to 90%), including weekends and holidays as needed. -- you are living on the road, with RYZE paying for hotel and lodging.
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on event schedules.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving equipment and supplies (up to approximately 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation).
  • Comfortable working in outdoor or temporary pop-up environments.


What You'll Do
  • Prepare and serve RYZE coffee, matcha, and chai lattes following company recipes and presentation standards at live events, pop-ups, festivals, and brand activations.
  • Welcome guests with RYZE's hospitality, representing the voice and tone of RYZE and engaging with the public.
  • Educate guests about RYZE's products, ingredients, and brand story, encouraging sales of lattes, coffee bags, and subscriptions.
  • Operate latte machines and café equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including workstations, equipment, and customer spaces.
  • Restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise throughout the shift.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Follow RYZE's hospitality standards to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
  • Support execution of branded events, tours, and experiential marketing activations
  • Assist with load-in, load-out, and on-site setup of event spaces and mobile units
  • Collaborate with Event Managers, Tour Logistics, and Brand teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Help manage event flow, guest experience, and troubleshooting on-site issues.
  • Assist with inventory tracking, restocking supplies, and basic logistics coordination.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned to ensure successful tour operations.
