We are a fast-growing company that provides medical directorship, good faith exams, and consulting services to med spas, wellness clinics, and weight loss programs across the country. Our clients rely on us to help them navigate complex regulations, launch and maintain compliant services, and streamline operations in an ever-evolving industry. We are currently expanding our clinical team and seeking Telehealth Providers (Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Medical Doctor) to support the telehealth operations and clinical quality assurance arm of the business.

Position Summary:

The Telehealth Provider (NP, PA or MD) will perform good faith exams (GFEs) for aesthetic medicine, wellness, and longevity services. This role is fully remote and includes both synchronous and asynchronous patient evaluations for a wide range of treatments—from GLP-1s and peptides to neuromodulators, fillers, laser devices, and hormone optimization. The Telehealth Provider (NP) will also help optimize workflows, support the EMR documentation process, ensure all GFEs are completed on time, and provide clinical oversight to other advanced practice providers. The right candidate is highly organized and clinically-sound, with a strong telehealth background, and must be experienced and comfortable with Hormone Replacement Therapy and prescribing.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties

  • Perform synchronous (video) and asynchronous good faith exams (GFEs) for a variety of services including:
  • GLP-1 weight loss therapy (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide)
  • Peptides and hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
  • Aesthetic procedures such as neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers
  • Energy-based devices including RF microneedling, lasers, and IPL
  • IV therapy and vitamin injections
  • Document GFEs appropriately in EMR using company-standard templates and protocols
  • Prescribing medications for indicated patients
  • Manage clinical escalations via chat, email and phone
  • Ensure thorough documentation and compliance with state-specific telehealth and prescribing regulations
  • Conducting follow-up visits and check-ins with prior patients to ensure continuity of care

Workflow Optimization & Administrative Oversight

  • Monitor Slack and other team communication channels to stay updated on clinic activity, escalate issues, and maintain communication with staff and leadership
  • Assist in creating, improving, and streamlining telehealth workflows for clinical efficiency and legal compliance
  • Help maintain up-to-date GFE protocols, checklists, and documentation templates
  • Collaborate with the operations team to support best practices in remote clinical documentation

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Clinical Licenses – Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Physician (MD/DO) in at in at least 40 states highly preferred
  • Familiarity and comfortability with consulting and prescribing Hormone Replacement Therapy
  • 3+ years of clinical experience; telehealth or aesthetics experience highly desirable
  • Proficient with various EMRs Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and documentation habits
  • Confidence in independently evaluating patients and making treatment determinations
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote setting
  • Professional and friendly demeanor as a client-facing role within the company

Nice to Have

  • Experience supervising other providers or clinical staff
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks for GLP-1s, peptides, HRT, and energy-based devices
