What You'll Do

  • Conduct virtual patient consultations focused on medical weight management, wellness optimization, and hormone therapy
  • Review medical histories, intake forms, laboratory results, and treatment eligibility
  • Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based clinical guidelines
  • Manage patients receiving GLP-1 medications and hormone replacement therapies
  • Educate patients on treatment options, medication use, lifestyle modifications, and expected outcomes
  • Perform follow-up care through a combination of live telehealth visits and asynchronous clinical management
  • Document encounters and treatment plans within our secure telehealth platform
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to maintain exceptional patient outcomes and quality standards

Required Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted MD, DO, NP, or PA license
  • Active licensure in at least five (5) U.S. states
  • Ability to practice independently where permitted by state law
  • Strong clinical judgment and excellent patient communication skills
  • Comfortable working within technology-enabled healthcare platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active licenses in additional states beyond the minimum requirement
  • Prior telehealth or virtual care experience
  • Active DEA registration
  • Experience managing patients receiving GLP-1 therapies
  • Experience with hormone optimization, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), and hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
  • Clinical experience in one or more of the following:
  • Medical Weight Loss / Weight Management
  • Men's Health
  • Women's Wellness
  • Hormone Replacement Therapy (TRT/HRT)
  • Preventive and Lifestyle Medicine
