They are responsible for ensuring that the underlying systems and data—the "infrastructure" of our revenue cycle—are set up correctly to minimize downstream billing exceptions and maximize payer reimbursement. By coaching a team of specialists and partnering across lanes, they ensure the Village has a solid foundation for all claim-related activities.</p><p></p><p>*This role will be fully remote anywhere in U.S."</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities & Management Ladder Competencies</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Team Leadership (Talent Management):</b> Directly lead and develop a team of front-line teammates (typically 5-10). Provide specific, timely, and productive coaching and feedback as well as performance evaluations focusing on skills and behaviors.</p></li><li><p><b>Operational Oversight (Taking Ownership):</b> Manage daily workflows for functional areas (which can include any of the following: Claim Content, Contract loading, Plan evaluation, and other various Setup Team functions).
