About the position

The Home Office Account Executive role within SSGA's Global Client Coverage Group focuses on building and maintaining relationships with major DC Recordkeeper clients. This position involves collaboration with a dedicated team to address client needs and support a wholesaling team that engages with platform wholesalers and top DC Advisors/Consultants. Responsibilities

  • Build and retain business relationships with large DC Recordkeeper clients.
  • Collaborate with a team to handle day-to-day client needs.
  • Support a wholesaling team covering platform wholesalers and top DC Advisors/Consultants.
  • Own the client experience, focusing on market share growth and business retention.
  • Navigate complex client relationships effectively.
  • Demonstrate accountability and ownership in achieving goals.
  • Plan and execute multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with clients and internal partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in a Home Office or Key Accounts client-facing role at an asset management firm.
  • Strong organizational, project planning, and execution skills.
  • Comprehension of firm capabilities and services to deliver client solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly regulated environment with full compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude that motivates and inspires others.
