This role will help translate product capabilities into market-ready positioning, support sales pursuits, and provide field feedback that informs product strategy.</p><p></p><p><b>Scope:</b></p><p>Working within the Solution Strategy team, this individual will collaborate closely with product management, sales, marketing, and services teams to ensure our WMS solutions are effectively positioned, aligned with market needs, and successfully adopted by customers.</p><p></p><p>This role is ideal for someone with strong domain expertise in warehouse operations and WMS solutions, combined with the ability to connect product capabilities with customer value.</p><p></p><p><b>What you will do:</b></p><p><b>Market Positioning & Messaging</b></p><ul><li><p>Support the development of go-to-market positioning and value positioning for Blue Yonder’s Warehouse Management solutions.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to competitive analysis and positioning against key WMS providers.</p></li><li><p>Help articulate Blue Yonder’s differentiation in areas such as warehouse automation, labor productivity, and AI-driven warehouse optimization.</p></li><li><p>Assist in developing solution narratives, industry messaging, and customer value propositions.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Product Capability Alignment</b></p><ul><li><p>Partner with Product Management to provide field insights on customer needs, operational challenges, and emerging warehouse trends.</p></li><li><p>Contribute feedback from customer engagements to help inform feature prioritization and product direction.</p></li><li><p>Support the development of use cases and solution workflows across areas such as:</p><ul><li><p>Warehouse management</p></li><li><p>Workforce and Labor management</p></li><li><p>Yard Management</p></li></ul></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Sales Enablement & Pipeline Support</b></p><ul><li><p>Develop sales enablement materials, including solution decks, playbooks, and competitive battlecards.</p></li><li><p>Support sales and pre-sales teams on strategic customer engagements, RFPs, and executive presentations.</p></li><li><p>Help articulate the business value and operational impact of Blue Yonder’s WMS solutions during key deal cycles.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Customer & Industry Engagement</b></p><ul><li><p>Engage with customers to understand warehouse operations challenges and digital transformation initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Participate in customer workshops, executive briefings, and industry events.</p></li><li><p>Capture market insights that help refine solution messaging and GTM strategy.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we are looking for:</b></p><ul><li><p>5–8 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse management, or enterprise software solutions.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) in areas such as:</p><ul><li><p>warehouse operations</p></li><li><p>workforce and labor management</p></li><li><p>Yard management</p></li><li><p>automation integration.</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Familiarity with Blue Yonder WMS, JDA WMS, Manhattan WMS, SAP EWM, or similar platforms is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and operational outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Experience supporting sales engagements, solution positioning, or product strategy initiatives.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Skills</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience in enterprise SaaS or supply chain technology solutions.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of warehouse automation technologies (robotics, AS/RS, goods-to-person systems).</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with AI/ML applications in warehouse optimization and labor productivity.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work across product, sales, and customer stakeholders.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-REMOTE</p><p style="text-align:inherit"><span><span><span><span><span><span class="WIO0"><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">-------------------------------------------</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p><p>The annual salary for this position is $137,126.93 - $172,873.06 USD</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">At Blue Yonder, we care about the wellbeing of our employees and those most important to them.
