Your Impact The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations Technology Enablement leads a portfolio of marketing technology initiatives that drive performance, data utilization, and operational efficiency. This role aligns Marketing, Technology, and cross-functional teams to integrate technology into end-to-end workflows and operating models.

The Sr. Manager translates business priorities into actionable road maps, standardized requirements, and operational readiness plans, enabling teams to effectively leverage marketing technology, automation, and analytics. They oversee delivery across the portfolio, leading a team of project managers and ensuring clear prioritization, governance, and execution.

This role fosters cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Technology, DACI, Digital, Pricing and Promotion, Operations, and Merchandising, while providing leadership with visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies across key platforms such as Adobe Content Supply Chain, Customer Data Platform, Content Management System, Digital Asset Management, personalization, planning tools, and performance measurement.

What You Will Do

  • Lead portfolio of Marketing Operations Technology initiatives, ensuring successful planning, integration, and adoption of solutions that improve marketing performance, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage and develop a team of project managers responsible for delivering marketing technology initiatives, providing prioritization, oversight, and coaching to ensure consistent execution across the portfolio.
  • Translate marketing and business priorities into technology roadmaps, integrated delivery plans, and operational readiness strategies that support scalable marketing workflows and platform adoption.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Technology, Data, DACI, Digital, Pricing/Promo, Operations, and Merchandising to ensure alignment, resourcing, and successful execution of marketing technology initiatives.
  • Oversee the integration and optimization of key marketing platforms—including Adobe Content Supply Chain, Customer Data Platform, Content Management System, Digital Asset Management, personalization, planning tools, and performance measurement—ensuring solutions support effective data utilization and customer insights.
  • Operationalize governance frameworks, delivery standards, and marketing technology operating models that enable consistent execution, clear ownership, and scalable processes across the marketing technology ecosystem.
  • Provide leadership visibility through executive reporting on initiative progress, risks, dependencies, financials, and value realization across the marketing technology portfolio.
  • Support vendor strategy and engagement, including participation in RFI/RFP processes and collaboration with technology partners to ensure solutions meet marketing and business objectives.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and strong cross-functional partnership while ensuring alignment to business priorities and organizational goals.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 8 Years of General Marketing experience
  • 6 Years experience developing project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) / User Stories used to create project schedules and estimate
  • 6 Years experience in program and project management
  • 1 Year leadership experience with direct report responsibility, comfortable managing a team
Preferred Skills/Education
  • 3 Years experience managing operational, program, and/or project financial budgets
  • 4 Years experience using formal business process improvement methodologies
  • 4 Years corporate experience, retail a plus
Pay Range: $116,400.00 - $194,500.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
