About the position

The Maintenance Programs Compliance Specialist is primarily responsible for oversight of Frontier’s Maintenance Programs publication, accuracy, and compliance. This includes auditing and monitoring the correct application of Maintenance Program requirements across all aircraft and assemblies, validating regulatory adherence, and managing the incorporation of program revisions into FMIS and other systems. This position is also responsible for technical and administrative support related to documentation, change processing, and resolution of discrepancies within the Maintenance Program.

Responsibilities

  • Review all MX Programs changes to ensure proper transfer of data from the published MX Program and its transfer into FMIS.
  • Monitor MX Programs application to newly received airframes and assemblies to ensure complete and accurate compliance with applicable limitations and requirements.
  • Implement and maintain digital tools to provide real-time feedback for proper application of the MX Program.
  • Review, approve, and assist with the release of changes to be made to MX Programs tasks.
  • Review, approve, and assist with the release of changes to be made to FMIS to align with changes to the approved MX Program.
  • Review, compare, and validate compliance with MPD, ALS, and MRB requirements during revision of Frontier’s customized MX Program.
  • Review state of all MX Programs tasks for each A/C and assembly on an on-going basis to validate proper application of the MX Program over time.
  • Monitor all MX Program activities and report deviations to the program requirements to the appropriate stakeholder.
  • Assist in resolution of any discontinuities discovered by various stakeholders.
  • Monitor existing processes and procedures for compliance with applicable regulatory and company requirements and champion updates as necessary to improve compliance and efficiency.
  • Assist in identification of tasks that can be escalated, deescalated, or otherwise removed from the program as appropriate.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Modify and authorize controls and tasks in FMIS
  • Process and publish Publication Change Requests (PCRs) to modify Maintenance documentation
  • Process and publish Task Card Change Requests (TCCRs) to modify Maintenance documentation
  • Assist to initiate revisions to company manuals (TCI V1, V2 and MX Program SOP)

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Maintenance Programs in a 121 environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience using online maintenance planning & tracking system and maintenance programs

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with Airbus MPD, ALS, MSG3, and MRB preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with TRAX and/or AMOS preferred.
  • Preferred — Bachelor’s degree or related experience
