Ensure the safety and efficiency of flight crews by closely monitoring and managing their schedules, rest times, and duty assignments. Coordinate with various departments and personnel to ensure timely and seamless crew movements and rotations. Communicate effectively with flight crews to provide them with necessary information and updates regarding their schedules and assignments. Monitor and track crew flight and duty times to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Identify and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise, taking into account crew availability, flight schedules, and operational requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of crew schedules, rest periods, and assignments. Collaborate with other departments, such as Crew Planning and Crew Support, to optimize crew utilization and minimize disruptions to flight operations. Proactively identify and address any potential operational challenges or issues related to crew operations. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance and adherence to best practices. Provide exceptional customer service to flight crews, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Act as a point of contact for crew members during their travel, assisting with any necessary arrangements or accommodations. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in crew operations. Participate in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills related to crew operations. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
