What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting directly to a US-based manager, you will be a mission-critical player on our Operations and Asset Recovery team. In this role, you aren't just checking boxes, you are directly protecting the bottom line by maximizing financial reimbursements and optimizing inventory workflows.

Your tasks:
  • Manage and protect inventory value by maintaining approved sourcing costs directly within Amazon Seller Central.
  • Execute seamless bulk updates and conquer daily prioritization queues using Google Sheets, Excel, and CSV files.
  • Retrieve, verify, and upload vital financial documents and purchasing invoices to ensure 100% compliance and accuracy.
  • Proactively monitor ASIN records, confidently determining the next best steps for approvals, denials, or extra documentation.
  • Spot data discrepancies and pitch smart workflow improvements to help the entire team work faster and smarter.
