<p>The <b>Solution Sales Specialist</b> develops new business for IQVIA’s strategy and analytics portfolio, including <b>Provider Strategy Solution Software (PSS), Market Strategy Solution Software (MSS), Provider Relationship Management software (PRM), Consumer Share of Wallet (CSoW), </b>and <b>custom data analytics.</b></p><p></p><p>This role brings deep product and market expertise to <b>hospital </b>and <b>health system clients</b>, translating complex data assets into actionable insights that support growth, market strategy, service line optimization, and provider engagement.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Responsibilities:</u></b></p><ul><li>Responsible for identifying, qualifying, and advancing revenue opportunities across new and existing accounts in the <b>hospital</b> and <b>health systems industry</b>, through a consultative, insight driven sales approach.</li><li>Drives growth and revenue for assigned strategy and analytics solutions by partnering with hospital and health system leaders to address strategic, operational, and performance challenges.</li><li>Serves as a <b>subject‑matter expert</b> for assigned products, maintaining deep knowledge of data sources, analytics methodologies, and real‑world applications within health system enterprises.</li><li>Partners with Account Executives and broader account teams to shape <b>account strategy, opportunity prioritization, and solution positioning</b> aligned to client objectives.</li><li>Collaborates with Account Team to target and validate opportunities for assigned customers / territory.</li><li>Engage stakeholders at all levels, including strategy, finance, marketing, physician relations, and executive leadership.</li><li>Develops and delivers compelling, insight‑led proposals and presentations that clearly articulate IQVIA’s differentiated value that results in winning sales.</li><li>Coordinates internal resources (product, analytics, consulting, and delivery teams) to design solutions that address client‑specific needs and maximize impact to customers.</li><li>Maintains ownership through implementation, ensuring successful delivery, adoption, and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Seeks “starburst” opportunities within existing customers to grow revenue opportunities across the IQVIA suite of offerings.</li><li>As part of the sales process, gather market and client intelligence and provide strategic feedback to Marketing, Consulting, Service, and Sales to strengthen or product offerings and capture additional business.<br> </li></ul><p><b><u>Requirements & Qualifications:</u></b><br> </p><ul><li>To be eligible for this position, you must reside in the same country where the job is located.</li><li>Bachelor's Degree Required.</li><li><b>US Remote </b>with <b>West Coast territory </b>and <b>ability to travel approximately 25% required.</b></li><li>5+ years relevant sales or account management experience with hospital and/or health systems industry experience, required.</li><li>Strong understanding of <b>hospital </b>and <b>health system market dynamics</b>, including service line strategy, referral patterns, market share, and financial performance.</li><li>Solid knowledge of one or more IQVIA specialty products and the impact that the product can achieve when implemented within a client’s business processes.</li><li>Familiarity with IQVIA core products, account management, and information solutions/consulting services portfolio.  Understands how solutions integrate across the enterprise</li><li>Excellent presentation and writing skills, act with a sense of urgency, and be able to work both independently and within a team environment.</li><li>Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, articulate complex concepts clearly, and deliver executive‑ready presentations and written materials.</li><li>Must have successful experience identifying and closing new business opportunities and developing positive relationships at all levels of client management and within the IQVIA sales, consulting and marketing teams.</li><li>Track record of identifying, advancing, and closing new business while building trusted client relationships.</li><li>Key Characteristics: Revenue Driven, knowledgeable, consultative, problem solver, customer focused, strategic, creative, resourceful, fast & flexible, team player, organized, effective negotiator.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
