This role will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our mobile apps, including strategy, roadmap, feature definition, and execution. Your role will serve as the bridge between our behavioral health and absence management operations, sales, customer success, and technology teams, ensuring that we deliver best-in-class solutions that meet member needs and drive business outcomes. As a member of the ComPsych team, we promise you the opportunity to ​collaborate with smart, driven colleagues and to continuously expand and strengthen your skills.​ This position reports to the Product Lead. </p> <h2>Primary Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Be a product thought leader for our mobile app including strategy, requirements, prioritization, and the roadmap  </li> <li>Own and manage the product backlog including writing stories, mitigating risk, prioritizing effectively, and unblocking the team </li> <li>​​​Synthesize market needs into product requirements and drive alignment with leadership on prioritization for the roadmap </li> <li>Adopt AI for research, requirements, and prototyping </li> <li>Lead workshops and other cross functional exercises to explore product opportunities </li> <li>Own the product roadmap for ​your​ business unit and execut​e​ with cross functional teams to deliver on it </li> <li>​​​​​Articulate a compelling product vision and inspire cross-functional teams to rally around it </li> <li>​​​Enable customer-facing teams with product knowledge and direction </li> <li>Engage with customers and lending product thought leadership in support of further product development, customer success, and business development activities </li> <li>​​Enable highest leverage work for yourself and others​     ​​ </li> <li>Other duties as assigned </li> </ul> <h2>Job Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in product management, mobile app experience required </li> <li>Deep technical acumen and demonstrated ability partnering with Engineering </li> <li>Experience writing detailed stories, managing and prioritizing backlog health, and delivering with cross functional teams </li> <li>Analytical and data driven approach to problem solving  </li> <li>Experience working in an Agile development environment </li> <li>Ability to drive initiatives forward with influence and a collaborative working style  </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Other Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Consistent and reliable high-speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption, or noise is required</li> <li>Ability to be present on camera during work-related trainings, meetings, and/or events</li> <li>Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computer</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2>Benefits and Perks</h2> <ul> <li>Full benefits package, including Paid Time Off (PTO), medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, robust EAP, wellness program, and much more</li> <li>The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000 USD. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
