You won’t just manage systems — you’ll define the logic behind them and build the team’s capability to run a high-performing marketplace. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, energized by complex problems, and know how to move forward without waiting for perfect information.</span><span data-ccp-props="{" 201341983":0,"335559738":40,"335559739":80,"335559740":240}"=""> </span></p> <p><em><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-charstyle="Emphasis">Reports to: VP, Process Server Network </span></span></em></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-section-id="mrinap" data-start="194" data-end="326">Define and lead marketplace strategy across dispatch, pricing, and incentives to improve speed, reliability, and cost efficiency</li> <li data-section-id="13ps3v0" data-start="327" data-end="456">Own job routing and allocation logic, optimizing for geography, urgency, and performance while balancing fairness and quality</li> <li data-section-id="10yfvjw" data-start="457" data-end="592">Establish and evolve pay and pricing models that support both customer competitiveness and sustainable earnings for process servers</li> <li data-section-id="1nacv97" data-start="593" data-end="699">Design and manage incentive programs that drive key behaviors such as speed, accuracy, and consistency</li> <li data-section-id="1jgheo0" data-start="700" data-end="807">Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to translate strategy into scalable systems and tools</li> <li data-section-id="oaxkgg" data-start="808" data-end="959">Own core marketplace performance metrics (e.g., utilization, time-to-placement, completion rates, cost efficiency) and drive continuous improvement</li> <li data-section-id="je4pi4" data-start="960" data-end="1089">Identify inefficiencies across the marketplace and implement solutions that improve performance without eroding network trust</li> <li data-section-id="1dx3x29" data-start="1090" data-end="1222">Lead experimentation efforts, including pilots and A/B tests, to evaluate and scale changes in dispatch, pricing, and incentives</li> <li data-section-id="1s7cxl2" data-start="1223" data-end="1321">Partner with data teams to strengthen forecasting, coverage planning, and marketplace insights</li> <li data-section-id="cpasqp" data-start="1322" data-end="1434">Ensure clear communication of marketplace logic and changes across internal teams and to the broader network</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li data-section-id="1amxlsv" data-start="1462" data-end="1592">Experience leading strategy in complex environments such as marketplaces, gig economy platforms, logistics, or similar systems</li> <li data-section-id="et3cvr" data-start="1593" data-end="1714">Strong understanding of supply and demand dynamics, pricing strategy, dispatch or routing logic, and incentive design</li> <li data-section-id="9wjs6y" data-start="1715" data-end="1805">Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business outcomes and influence user behavior</li> <li data-section-id="2p8hpd" data-start="1806" data-end="1931">Fluency in unit economics and financial modeling, with the ability to evaluate trade-offs across cost, quality, and speed</li> <li data-section-id="1eafriu" data-start="1932" data-end="2036">Experience designing and running experiments or pilots with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes</li> <li data-section-id="1xyr6km" data-start="2037" data-end="2136">Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams</li> <li data-section-id="1d3bgdy" data-start="2137" data-end="2253">Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and setting direction without fully defined roadmaps</li> <li data-section-id="7lirqa" data-start="2254" data-end="2335">Strategic thinker with a bias toward action and strong problem-solving skills</li> <li data-section-id="1rb8lzo" data-start="2336" data-end="2426">Experience building or scaling systems in early or growth-stage environments preferred</li> <li data-section-id="xdesd1" data-start="2427" data-end="2526">Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts and strategies</li> </ul> <p><strong>We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
