This role involves managing a group of account teams overseeing health plan payers with significant annual contract value (ACV). The Senior Director will lead by example, instilling a growth mindset and best practices across the business.Key responsibilities include providing strategic thinking and thought leadership to inspire innovation and transformation, supporting teams in developing compelling value propositions, and offering competitive market insights. The role requires collaboration with various departments to drive sustainable growth and align with customers' business strategies on digital transformation.Qualifications for this position include extensive experience in managing large Blue Cross and Blue Shield health payers, strong people leadership skills, a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, and excellent communication and presentation abilities.
