This role owns the architecture and reliability of the LNW data warehouse, reporting platforms, and integration pipelines that power analytics across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine deep SQL and data engineering expertise with a strong understanding of financial services, data flows, and reporting needs of a wealth management firm. </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">Your Role and Responsibilities </span></strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><u><span style="font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">Data Architecture & Engineering  </span></u></p><ul><li class="MsoNoSpacing">Own the design and long-term architecture of the firm’s enterprise data warehouse and data pipelines  </li><li class="MsoNoSpacing">Develop and maintain scalable SQL data models supporting firm metrics, critical data needs, client reporting, and operational analytics. </li><li class="MsoNoSpacing">Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines, replication strategies, and processes to align data across portfolio accounting, CRM, trading, and operational systems.  </li><li class="MsoNoSpacing">Design data ingestion frameworks for large structured files, API integrations, and replication feeds.  </li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><u><span style="font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">Reporting & Analytics Platforms  </span></u></p><ul><li class="MsoNoSpacing">Maintain and optimize reporting infrastructure including Power BI, SSRS, and related semantic & maintain Bulk Document Management Dashboard for portal delivery of performance reporting and other document types currently operationalized.  </li><li class="MsoNoSpacing">Ensure reporting models accuracy of critical financial and operational data.  </li><li class="MsoNoSpacing">Partner with compliance and leadership to ensure proper governance and obfuscation of sensitive client data. </li><li class="MsoNoSpacing">Manage Data Backup and retention policies, Recovery Time Objectives (RTO). </li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><u><span style="font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">Integration, Automation, & Agentic AI </span></u></p><ul><li class="MsoNoSpacing">Design integration frameworks using SQL, APIs, and automation platforms such as Azure Data Factory (ADF), SSIS and Workato. </li><li class="MsoNoSpacing">Support data synchronization between systems including CRM, portfolio accounting, billing, and trading platforms. </li><li class="MsoNoSpacing">Leverage Autonomous AI into integration frameworks using MCP or 3rd party harnesses to support decision-driven automation and delivery. </li><li class="MsoNoSpacing">Enable LNW’s responsible use of AI and advanced analytics by ensuring enterprise data is accurate, well-structured, and accessible to analytical tools.  </li><li class="MsoNoSpacing">Deliver high-quality datasets for AI consumption, implementing governance and lineage controls to ensure trustworthy outputs, and supporting integration with platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Power BI AI features, and other approved analytical tools.  </li><li class="MsoNoSpacing">Automate data processing workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention. </li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">More About You </span></strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><u><span style="font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">Experience and Education </span></u></p><ul><li class="MsoNoSpacing">7+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or data warehouse development. </li><li class="MsoNoSpacing">Expert-level SQL skills with deep experience designing relational data models. </li><li class="MsoNoSpacing">Strong experience with Salesforce SOQL, SQL Stored Procedures, Views, Keys, Indexes and Constraints. </li><li class="MsoNoSpacing">Strong experience with data warehouse architecture and ETL/ELT pipeline design. </li><li class="MsoNoSpacing">Hands-on experience with reporting tools such as Power BI and SSRS. </li><li class="MsoNoSpacing">Experience integrating enterprise SaaS platforms using APIs and automation tools. </li><li class="MsoNoSpacing">Strong analytical thinking and
