This is a great opportunity for someone who would eventually like to evolve into a Lead role in the future. You will definitely showcase your BIM authority on our projects, working closely with architects, structural and MEP consultants, and our cross-functional global team.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is not a role for someone who needs close oversight. We are looking for someone who can assess what a project needs, raise concerns early, and drive execution independently - while also uplifting the quality of the broader team's BIM output. If you've spent your career in large firms where workflows, templates, and escalation paths were handed to you, this will feel uncomfortable. We are looking for someone who can create structure where none exists, be highly resourceful to figure out the missing data, adapt when priorities shift, and stay grounded without a rigid framework around them.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>Architecture-led BIM production (ownership, not just execution)</em></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the creation, development, and management of 3D architectural BIM models in Revit across all project phases</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Translate complex design intent, sketches, and markups into production-ready, construction-quality models</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Produce and own full construction documentation sets: plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and details</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Establish and enforce model quality standards and internal BIM protocols</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>BIM leadership and practice development</em></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Set BIM standards, templates, and workflows across projects - and ensure the team follows them</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Mentor junior BIM modelers, review their work, provide structured feedback, and raise output quality</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify gaps in current BIM practice and proactively propose improvements</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Act as the single point of accountability for BIM model integrity on all active projects</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>Structural and MEP coordination</em></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead coordination with structural and MEP consultants -
