This high-impact role calls for a strong communicator who can effectively align priorities across both the OEM and field teams. A solid understanding of dealership fixed operations is essential. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives that drive growth, strengthen partnerships, and deliver measurable results. Serve as the primary account leader, building strong customer relationships while aligning solutions to client business objectives and market needs. Manage and develop a remote field team, including performance management, goal setting, and driving overall sales results. Drive business growth through account management, pricing strategy, negotiations, and identifying new opportunities in the market. Monitor industry trends and customer dynamics to adapt strategies, support product positioning, and contribute to long-term business and brand development. Travel requirements: Available for travel across the United States on a regular basis (50% minimum) What you’ll need to be successful: Experience: 6+ years in sales, 5+ years in account management, and 8+ years in the automotive industry. Communication & Leadership: Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams. Technical & Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of automotive lubricants and how they serve dealership fixed operations. Sales & Strategy Skills: Proven success developing sales strategies, leading direct reports, managing complex negotiations, and delivering customer-focused solutions. Tools & Execution: Advanced proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
