We are now seeking a Sales Partner in Germany to help shape our sales strategy for Netflix in Germany.<br /> <br /> As the Sales Partner in Germany, you will be responsible for the execution of the agency's sales strategy for Germany. You will work closely with the senior-level account director, account planning stakeholders, traders, and investment directors with our Agency partners. You will also start a strong relationship with the advertisers to evangelise the use of Netflix at a major Agency group and build key client relationships.<br /> <br /> You will be accountable for delivering revenue targets by leveraging Netflix's unique audience insights and premium content offerings. You will work closely with our Measurement Leads to develop the best-in-class measurement solutions to meet our Clients' needs. The role will also be a focal point for driving the necessary internal developments to ensure our success. Cross-functional collaboration with Account Managers, Ad Product, Marketing, Content and Partnership Development teams will be crucial.<br /> <br /> The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem and a track record of delivering revenue growth.<br /> <br /> While our DACH HQ is in Berlin, we are open to hearing from talented candidates from across Germany particularly in Düsseldorf, Munich, Frankfurt or Hamburg. You will be working from your home office and regularly travel to Berlin to our Headquarter.<br /> <br /> Key Responsibilities:<br /> • Develop and execute agency-focused sales for Germany to deliver revenue targets and exceed client expectations.<br /> • Build and maintain strong relationships with Agencies to secure ad partnerships and drive revenue growth.<br /> • Develop long-term relationships with key Clients within those portfolios.<br /> • Develop sales strategies and plans for the assigned Account portfolio<br /> • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of advertising campaigns.<br /> • Leverage Netflix's unique audience insights and premium content offerings to drive revenue growth.<br /> • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and identify opportunities for innovation.<br /> <br /> We're Looking for:<br /> • Approx. 6 years of experience in media sales with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth<br /> • English and German language skills<br /> • Experience in programmatic, TV and digital advertising is preferred<br /> • Strong knowledge of marketing objectives<br /> • Ability to move easily from strategic thinking to operational tasks<br /> • Deep understanding of the Media Agencies/Holding Companies<br /> • Strong analytical capabilities<br /> • Excellent communication and presentation skills<br /> • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively, cross‐functionally<br /> • A passion for entertainment<br /> <br /> Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates.
