Position: Sachbearbeiter/-in Import/Export / Zoll (m/w/d)

Location: Mörlenden-Walldorf

Start Date: 01.08.2026

Your Responsibilities:

  • Creation of customs and export documents or registrations
  • Customs legal processing of air freight import shipments in compliance with internal, country-specific, and customer-specific regulations
  • Prioritization of orders and independent management of assigned order portfolio
  • Preparation and recording of documents and data for authorities and internal departments
  • Central contact person for our customers and customs offices
  • Order documentation and filing (digital and in paper form)

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a logistics or freight forwarding professional
  • Experience in the field of freight forwarding, customs, and foreign trade is advantageous
  • Understanding of regulations and provisions in the air freight sector
  • Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Good German and English language skills
  • Quick comprehension and communication as well as team skills
  • Commitment and a high level of customer service orientation
