Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and recover assets for Ally Financial. Manage a portfolio of accounts and proactively work to resolve any delinquencies or issues. Collaborate with internal teams, including legal and compliance, to ensure all actions taken are in compliance with company policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with customers and third-party agencies to negotiate and resolve asset recovery matters. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address complex issues and find creative solutions. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all asset recovery efforts. Assist in developing and implementing strategies for efficient and effective asset recovery processes. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, laws, and regulations related to asset recovery. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and providing timely updates on the status of asset recovery efforts. Participate in training and development programs to continually improve skills and knowledge. Prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines and achieve set goals.
