They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage the sales cycle, engage with clients, and generate leads through various communication channels.


Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound warm calls and activities with existing and new clients to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and build a strong sales pipeline
  • Follow up on partnership referrals and strategizing account targeting, to ensure a continuous flow of potential clients ready for the sales process
  • Conduct client meetings to analyze needs and develop targeted sales presentations and demos that address specific client requirements
  • Address objections by clarifying concerns and reinforcing solution benefits, utilizing closing techniques to secure commitments and finalize agreements
  • Inputting and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the crm system to manage the sales pipeline effectively
  • Maintain a proactive prospecting cadence and follow up consistently to nurture and expand the sales pipeline
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and ensure accountability for meeting individual KPIs
  • Projecting a positive image in representing Paychex to clients and the community
  • Continually sharpen technical, competitive and sales skills knowledge to effectively represent the inside sales organization
  • May be required to travel for purposes of attending conference, training sessions and/or area regional or national meetings

Skills

  • H.S. Diploma - Required
  • 2 years of experience in Inside or Outside Business to Business Sales
  • 2 years of experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, Automotive, Information Technology, Professional Services and/or Information Technology
  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
