What You’ll Do:

This position requires an active BCBA certification.

Examples of BCBA duties include:

A. Supervise behavior therapy services in a child’s home setting provided by a Mid-level Supervisor and Behavior Technician

  • Assist in training staff to implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition goals to help children thrive
  • Assist in training staff to collect and record data. Track progress and celebrate milestones using proprietary technology.
  • Keep treatment goals updates as needed to promote success

B. Write Six Month Treatment Plan Reports

C. Conduct monthly parent meetings/trainings

D. Mentor Mid-Level Supervisors for fieldwork supervision (as needed)

Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification

At least two years of experience in a ABA supervisor role

Ability to pass background check

Salary Packages (Starts out Part Time first month, with opportunity to grow into Full Time into second if desired):

  • Part Time Base Salary: 35k, Incentive Pay- $60/hr for any billable hours worked over 15

15 Billable per week, up to 3 Non-Billable (all remote)

40 hrs STO per year

30 hours PTO per year

Telehealth Reimbursement ($50/month)

401k

  • Full Time Base Salary: 78k, Incentive Pay- $65/hr for any billable hours worked over 25

25 Billable per week, up to 5 Non-Billable (all remote)

40 hrs STO per year

60 hours PTO per year

Telehealth Reimbursement ($100/month)

401k
