As an associate business process manager on the Legal Operations team, you will support the leadership of process consultants and help coordinate key initiatives that advance the Legal organization’s strategic goals.


Responsibilities

  • Support the leadership of process consultants
  • Help coordinate key initiatives that advance the Legal organization’s strategic goals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best-in-class processes
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement
  • Help drive efficiency, innovation, and alignment across the team
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across the Legal ecosystem and IT to apply standard methodologies
  • Strengthen operational discipline
  • Support the team’s overall operational excellence

Skills

  • A minimum of 8 years experience in business process (e.g. end-to-end process development, process design, etc.)
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 5 years experience in business process (e.g. end-to-end process development, process design, etc.)
  • Experience applying Human-Centered Design thinking, and/or other process improvement methodologies to identify and implement enhanced ways of working
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with an emphasis on guiding, supporting, and empowering team members
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Clear and effective communication, as well as meeting facilitation skills, that promote alignment among diverse collaborators
  • Demonstrating skill work collaboratively with project teams, senior leaders, and resource groups alike to achieve shared outcomes
