Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor! </p><p></p><p><b>Location</b>: Remote, Regional – NY, PA, MD, DC, NJ, DE, VA, WV</p><p>  </p><p><b>Your Responsibilities:  </b></p><ul><li><p>Demonstrates a strong commitment to pursuing and winning complex, high-value solution opportunities that address customer needs beyond traditional product sales, including the development of multi-service solutions that improve efficiency, reduce operating costs, and optimize HVAC system performance</p></li><li><p>Develops and leverages executive-level relationships across key vertical markets—such as education and healthcare—to position solutions, influence decision-makers, and strategically close complex sales opportunities</p></li><li><p>Maximizes profitability of all sales office revenue streams by seeking to include all products and services we sell to maximize scope of projects. </p></li><li><p>Collaborates with internal and external teams such as Independent Manufacturers Representatives, District Offices, and engineers to deliver value-driven solutions</p></li><li><p>Strengthens the Customer / Daikin relationship by leveraging multiple customer contact points between the Daikin Sales Team and the customer</p></li><li><p>Understands client needs and objectives and creates customized solutions</p></li><li><p>Actively engages in high-impact projects to drive customer confidence and ensure successful execution while strategically identifying and cultivating sales leads through internal databases, industry intelligence, vertical market insights, and external lead-generation sources</p></li><li><p>Travels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders, builds customer relationships and follows up on customer concerns</p></li><li><p>Prepares and coordinates cost estimates and price quotations for new and continuing projects, verifies pricing and credit terms, and prepares sales contracts for secured orders</p></li><li><p>Performs tests and conducts surveys on competitive products to determine the need for product alterations or the development of new products</p></li><li><p>Tracks sales performance, pipeline activity, and customer engagement using Salesforce.
