Evolve Estate is a high-performance real estate investment company specializing in off-market residential properties. We operate in multiple markets and are focused on scaling to consistent six-figure months.

We are building an elite acquisitions team and are hiring a new agent cohort starting June 1. If you are hungry, coachable, and ready to perform, we want to talk.

The Role

We are hiring commission-only Acquisition Agents to negotiate directly with motivated sellers and lock up profitable contracts.

You will be provided with inbound and outbound seller leads. Your job is to convert them into signed contracts at strong margins.

This is a production-based role. Results are tracked. Numbers matter. Top performers earn $60,000 – $100,000+ per year on commission.

Minimum Expectations

Real Estate Acquisition Experience at least 1 year is required.

Minimum 2+ signed contracts per month after ramp-up

Strong follow-up discipline

Basic ability to analyze ARV and repair costs

Ability to control seller conversations and negotiate under pressure

Availability during evenings and weekends

What You'll Do

Handle motivated seller calls and follow-ups daily

Analyze deals (ARV, repairs, exit strategy)

Present offers and negotiate contracts

Manage pipeline inside ReSimpli CRM

Work directly with leadership to improve performance

Compensation
