Position Overview
*We're hiring Remote Certified Pharmacy Technicians* licensed and locates in either Illinois, Wisconsin, Florida or Indiana to support a top healthcare client. This fully remote position involves managing pharmacy orders, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Spanish language skills are preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage pharmacy orders via phone, fax, or web.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, returns, and shipment issues.
  • Coordinate with distribution and manufacturing teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records.
  • Communicate professionally with patients and healthcare providers.

Requirements

  • Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician License (or must obtain before training, application fees will be reimbursed).
  • Active PTCB (PTCE) or ExCPT (NHA) certification (must provide before interview).
  • Reside in FL, IN, IL, or WI.
  • 2 to 4 years of customer service, supply chain, or call center experience (within the U.S.).
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Spanish proficiency preferred.

Technical Setup Required

  • Stable broadband internet connection (LAN preferred)
  • Processor: 1.8 GHz or higher (64-bit preferred)
  • RAM: 16 GB minimum
  • Storage: 10 GB available
  • Screen resolution: 1920 × 1080 (recommended)
  • Wired USB headset
  • Only Windows system 11 or later

Working Hours & Schedule

Production Hours (CST):

  • Operating window: 07:00 AM – 06:00 PM, Monday–Friday
  • Most shifts fall between 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM CST
  • Minimum 30 hours/week, up to 40 hours/week
  • $20/hour

Training Information (Paid)

  • Training Duration: 5 weeks + 2 weeks of nesting
  • Training Pay: $18/hour
  • Training Start Date: May, 26 2026
  • Training Schedule:
  • Monday–Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST
