<p>Join our team as a Telepharmacist and leverage technology to deliver exceptional clinical pharmacy services across multiple hospitals. In this role, you will collaborate with care teams, optimize medication therapy, and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes—all from a remote setting. Licenses: (NY, MA, WV, OH, PA)</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide telepharmacy services including remote order entry, verification, and clinical interventions to ensure safe and effective medication use.</li><li>Engage with clinicians to deliver timely drug information and therapeutic recommendations for complex patient needs.</li><li>Maintain compliance with hospital and PipelineRx policies while documenting all actions accurately in designated systems.</li><li>Support operational excellence by learning multiple pharmacy information systems and obtaining required state licenses.</li><li>Analyze medication variances and implement corrective actions to improve quality and patient safety.</li><li>Collaborate with training teams to onboard new clients and maintain proficiency in evolving telepharmacy practices.</li><li>Utilize technology tools and troubleshoot basic technical issues to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.</li></ul><p></p><p>Qualifications</p><p>Required:</p><ul><li>Degree in Pharmacy (B.S. or PharmD).</li><li>Valid Pharmacist license in at least 3-4 of the following states with ability to obtain multiple state licenses. <span>What are the reasons for not wanting to move forward?</span> (NY, MA, WV, OH, PA))</li><li>Minimum 2 years of hospital inpatient experience.</li><li>Reliable high-speed internet connection (cable or fiber).</li><li>Proficiency with pharmacy information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills and commitment to patient safety.</li></ul><p></p><p>Preferred:</p><ul><li>Experience with telepharmacy platforms and remote clinical services.</li><li>Knowledge of formulary management and therapeutic policy development.</li><li>Ability to work across multiple states and healthcare systems with flexibility and adaptability.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><br><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 54 - 91 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.</p><p></p><p>At The Cigna Group, you’ll enjoy a comprehensive range of benefits, with a focus on supporting your whole health.
