This role requires a high degree of self-motivation, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service while meeting sales goals.<br><br><strong>Duties & Reponsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Develops and maintains a profitable book of business through new business generation, renewals, and cross-selling opportunities.</li><li>Proactively identifies and cultivates new client relationships through networking, referrals, and targeted prospecting efforts.</li><li>Builds and maintains strong, long-term client relationships to support retention, identify additional needs, and deliver superior service.</li><li>Applies a thorough understanding of HUB’s products, services, customers, and carriers to drive profitable growth and further HUB’s financial and strategic goals.</li><li>Conducts consultative sales presentations and delivers customized insurance and risk management solutions.</li><li>Presents HUB’s value proposition effectively in client and prospect meetings.</li><li>Collaborates with internal teams, including account managers and service staff, to ensure quality delivery of services and client satisfaction.</li><li>Monitors market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.</li><li>Documents all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.</li><li>Partners with senior producers to support new business development efforts and cross-sell.</li><li>Maintains a high level of client satisfaction through proactive service and ongoing communication.</li><li>Responds to customer needs promptly, courteously, professionally, and helpfully.</li><li>Performs other duties and projects as assigned.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You Bring To The Table.<br><br></strong><ul><li>You are a change advocate; you go above and beyond, and you are fun to be around!</li><li>You hold a HS diploma or GED (college preferred)</li><li>You have 3+ years of related sales experience within the Employee Benefits space</li><li>You hold a valid insurance license which is in good standing</li><li>You have demonstrated oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization</li><li>You are computer proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and various CRMs<br><br></li></ul><strong>WHY CHOOSE HUB?<br><br></strong>Throughout our network of more than 450 HUB offices in North America, we offer a competitive, exciting and friendly work environment that strategically positions our employees for longevity and success.
