  • First-Class Lobby Assistance: Greet customers warmly as they enter the departures hall. Guide them through the self-service kiosk check-in process, expertly tag and route their checked luggage, and handle oversized sporting equipment or pet carriers with the utmost care.
  • Seamless Gate Management: Take ownership of the boarding process. Deliver engaging, clear public announcements, efficiently verify passenger counts against the flight manifest, and coordinate closely with the ramp crew to guarantee on-time flight departures.
  • Service Recovery & Empathy: Transform stressful travel disruptions into positive experiences. When weather or mechanical issues arise, you will actively rebook flights, provide transparent updates, and offer sincere empathy to frustrated passengers.
  • Baggage Claim Resolution: Stationed occasionally in the arrivals hall, you will assist customers with delayed or damaged luggage, utilizing global tracking systems to reunite passengers with their belongings quickly.
