We leverage the power of digital assets and blockchain to build an inclusive financial ecosystem to advance the freedom of money and improve financial access for people around the world.</span></p> <p></p><p><br></p><b>Responsibilities:</b><div> <ul> <li>Provide legal and administrative support to the litigation team</li> <li>Maintain comprehensive tracker of all litigation matters</li> <li>Handle small legal claims that may have been escalated to Legal;</li> <li>Assist with requests from third parties, including requests for information;</li> <li>Assist with reporting of litigations to internal stakeholders</li> <li>Assist the team with onboarding external counsels (drafting letters of engagements, managing costs and budgeting of matters, reviewing bills etc.) </li> <li>Support on various aspects of litigation cases, including discovery and data production, preparing witness evidence and liaising with external counsels  </li> <li>Lead and/or support wider projects for the litigation team to improve team efficiency</li> </ul> </div><p><br></p><b>Requirements:</b><ul> <li>Minimum of a Law Bachelor's degree or an equivalent legal qualification required, in a common law jurisdiction (preference for England & Wales, but other common law jurisdictions will be considered)</li> <li>Previous experience in legal role highly desirable </li> <li>Strong attention to detail and a need for rigor and reliability</li> <li>Proactive and a self-starter. Must be able to move with agility in a fast-paced and fast-evolving environment</li> <li>A high level of autonomy is required for the role.
