Description of the Job:

To supervise daily administrative tasks and guarantee the efficient operation of our office, we are looking for an experienced and proactive office manager. The ideal applicant will be extremely well-organised, meticulous, and able to handle budgets, suppliers, office procedures, and team support duties.

We are an authorised sponsor for the skilled worker visa, and qualified foreign applicants can apply for sponsorship.

Principal Duties:

  • Supervise day-to-day office activities, including administrative protocols and processes.
  • Oversee the upkeep of office supplies, infrastructure, and equipment.
  • Oversee and assist administrative personnel
  • Communicate with vendors and service providers.
  • Manage internal communications, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Help with the onboarding and HR procedures
  • Track office expenses, invoices, and budgets.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated background in office management or a related position
  • Outstanding organisational and communication abilities
  • Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Competent with Word, Excel, and Outlook in Microsoft Office
  • Qualified for sponsorship as a skilled worker (or already in the UK with a valid visa)
