Provide exceptional customer service to members of the AACU Digital Member Experience at American Airlines. Serve as the main point of contact for members, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Ensure a seamless and positive digital experience for members by troubleshooting technical issues and providing guidance on how to navigate digital platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with members, understanding their needs and tailoring services to meet their specific requirements. Continuously monitor and analyze member feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing the digital member experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for improving member satisfaction and retention. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in digital technology to proactively suggest and implement new features and services for members. Maintain accurate and detailed records of member interactions and transactions. Assist with membership enrollment and renewal processes. Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously enhance knowledge and skills related to member services and digital platforms. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards, to ensure compliance and maintain a high level of professionalism.
