About the position

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of highly skilled specialists whose passion is growing and maintaining Speedway Motors’ marketplaces presence through various sales channels including Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.com. You will leverage your knowledge of the marketplaces and Speedway Motors’ operations to ensure compliance with all policies while providing a top-notch customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as frontline support for marketplace customers (Amazon, eBay, Walmart) via tickets, CRM, and phone.
  • Navigate marketplace platform policies and systems to manage orders, compliance, metrics, and seller feedback.
  • Address pre‑ and post‑order inquiries including product information, availability, fitment, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and resolve problem orders, cases, claims, credits, and account actions to minimize loss and escalation.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally (Operations, QC, Compliance, CX) to improve workflows and prevent recurring issues.
  • Maintain accurate order entry and tracking using ERP and multichannel retail tools.
  • Contribute to process improvements, high‑impact projects (e.g., ASIN matching, content optimization), and team meetings.
  • Thrive in a fast‑paced environment with a big‑picture, efficiency‑driven mindset and reliable attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in e-commerce
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Possess excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to multi-task and implement high priority initiatives using independent decision-making, planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess strong written, verbal communication skills & exceptional listening and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong self-motivation and persistence, and an internal drive to succeed
  • Able to resolve problems in a timely manner and gather and analyze information skillfully.
