Additionally, the Homes Supply team serves the needs of their global hosts by supporting more efficient planning and execution of growth strategies in a way that resonates with Airbnb’s communities. The Difference You Will Make: In this position you will lead a team of market managers and be responsible for the end-to-end strategy for supply acquisition, host quality, account management and optimization in the assigned markets. This role will cover the Southeast & Gulf territory (Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana, United States). A Typical Day: <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Lead a team of Market Associates & Market Managers responsible for maximizing partner relationships with Airbnb Homes Hosts and achieving KPIs and business performance goals. Guide teams on territory and local strategies for supply optimization, acquisition and optimization. Know how to direct the different teams based on Host segmentation.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proactively set priorities, develop supply strategy plans for the full funnel of Stays supply and assign resources for areas managed.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Partner with the Supply, Country Manager leadership and other teams within Airbnb to drive cross-functional business initiatives.
